Dance Fitness consists of a routine of dance exercises, coordination, rhythm, flexibility and guidance to stay in shape. Muscle toning is worked on. The type of Music used is usually modern, more current and Latin Music. We start with a warm-up, aerobic exercises and go back to a calm/cool-down. It is similar to Zumba.
